For those wishing Officer rank up? please click my name on this site and send me a msg. Please do not start up a long /t fest in the game, yes, im playing and its not easy to get wraped up in the drama and try to have fun in the game.
Things we look for as an officer:
Greeting and all around presense in the guild chat
Recruiting ( NO AMBUSH RECRUITING, ask them if they want to join and if they answer yes, then send invite)
Helping others in guild, this is not just offering to run ppl thru lower instances but also to help them FIND the info so they can play the game, we aint giving out fish dinners, we teaching how to fish.
Officer to Co-Leader:
all of the above and...
try to make up some guild runs, again not just run thrus but actual guild parties thru diff areas.
teaching lower ranks where guild info is, bank rules, etc
Promoting recruits when they greet, welcome and teaching them to do this to begin with.
Leader:
basicly was founders of this guild, only way for someone to get this rank now would be to start and run endgame... no, not just talk about it or plan it and not show up yourself, but to actually have it running for a couple months, this guild is older than the server and 2 months is not that long, if your that young that it is to you? mabe you shouldnt even try... We have a very nice number of lvl 70s to our well rounded size. Very nice numbers of ALL the diff classes! Lots of recruitment going on with many nice presents going to those that recruit. 18 slot bags, potions, gear with chants, etc... it still makes me go ummm. if that many wanted endgame, why didnt they just do it? only takes 10 to run kara. I heard it was over ranks? most of them had highest rank next to a founder? i still think it was spring time hormones on youngins not yet mature enough to know how to control... my actions where just of a ol man tired of seeing the same actions :P

every once in while we get some malcontent that leaves and thinks they can run a better guild, what they do is sweet talk the young and dumb ones away to a new guild that usually never lasts... this is happening now. A backstab is never good for anyone, Tigers has outlived so many i cant count, but like any war, there is no winners. Tigers has always been a very good lvl'ing guild with many adults with mutltiple lvl 70s that enjoy a laid back guild. These backstabbers usually fall apart pretty quick but always have some assinine excuse like, we just merged with another guild instead of admitting thier guild died. If these officers had what it took to run a guild, then why didnt they show it in this guild? I tried so many times to get endgame going and nobody would sign up for it but one mabe,(news post for 2-8-08 below).... hope in the end everyone just learns to have fun, its a game, play it! :+) tig
