The Forum aims both to empower communities to engage effectively in debate with the health services and to provide a conduit for statutory services to hear, understand and respond adequately to the health needs of the communities. The Health Forum focuses both on the strategic policy issues and initiatives within the health services and on the grassroots health concerns of the diverse of communities in the area.

Our Think Again Fund has given older people the chance to fulfil their life-long dreams.

Many older people will reach a time in their lives when the domestic work of running their home starts to become difficult, especially if they live alone. Perhaps some help preparing meals would make life easier and maybe a little help is needed with bathing and personal care, also feelings of loneliness might be increasing as a result of less companionship and long periods of time alone.

Most people with disabilities have the potential to lead healthy and productive.

We can give help to older people whose Community Care Assessment shows that they need our care. Having a stairlift fitted to a home can make all the difference to a person who finds getting around a bit of a problem. Many people take easy access of their home for granted, but for people with infirmity or disability a stairlift can mean the difference between staying in one part of the house and getting to others.

It was a plus wide range of a daily living aid which can help a lot with the disability equipment. They can be independent to ther self without a full time assistance. They can move at ease and relax with this kind of stairlifts.
